Delivery
The foreign currency notes and Travellers Cheques ordered will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery service to your home address. Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm.
- Orders placed before 15:30pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered to your home address the next working day unless clearly specified.
- Orders placed after 15:30pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered to your home address two working days after the order was received.
- Orders placed after 15:30pm Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered before 1pm on the following Tuesday.
- All Royal Mail Special Delivery Post must be signed for. It is essential for you to be at the delivery address on the delivery date. If you are unable to attend, notification will be left informing you that your delivery has been taken back to your nearest Post Office/Sorting Office.
- £3.95 delivery fee will be charged on orders below £400 delivered to your home address.
- First Choice online tourist rates are not applicable to First Choice in store branch bureau de changes.
