Delivery

The foreign currency notes ordered will be sent to your home address or chosen local Ice PLC branch for collection.

• All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery before 1.00pm. A signature will be required on delivery of all orders.
• Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be ready for collection at a local Ice Plc branch or delivered to your home address the next working day before 1pm.
• Orders placed after 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be ready for collection at a local Ice Plc branch or delivered to your home address two working days after the order was placed.
• Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will generally be ready for collection or delivered to your home address on the following Tuesday.
