Delivery

The foreign currency notes and Travellers Cheques ordered will be sent to your home address or chosen local Nationwide branch for collection.

• Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will generally be ready for collection or delivered to your home address the next working day unless clearly specified.
• Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Thursday will generally be ready for either collection at your specified Nationwide branch or delivered to your home address two working days after the order was received.
• Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered to your home address or ready for collection on the following Monday. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.
• Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will generally be ready for collection on the following Tuesday.
