Delivery

The foreign currency notes and Travellers Cheques ordered will be sent to your home address or chosen local Natwest branch for collection.

• Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will generally be ready for collection or delivered to your home address the next working day unless clearly specified.
• Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Thursday will generally be ready for collection at your specified Natwest branch or delivered to your home address two working days after the order was received.
• Orders placed after 12pm Thursday but before 12pm Friday will be delivered to your home address or ready for collection from a Natwest Branch on Saturday or Monday. Please note Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.
• Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will generally be ready for collection after 1pm on the following Tuesday.
• Orders can be placed up to 10 days in advance and you can choose the delivery date.
