Delivery
The foreign currency notes and Travellers Cheques ordered will be sent to your home address or chosen Thomas Cook or Going Places branch for collection. Alternatively you can specify to collect your travel money from Manchester Airport or Heathrow Airport at terminal 5.
- Orders placed before midday Monday to Thursday will generally be ready for collection or delivered to your home address the next working day before 1pm unless clearly specified.
- Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Wednesday will generally be ready for collection at your specified Thomas Cook or Going Places branch or delivered to your home address two working days after the order was received.
- Orders placed after 12pm Thursday and before 12pm Friday will generally be ready for either collection at your specified Thomas Cook or Going Places branch or delivered to your home address on the following Saturday or Monday before 1pm. Please note that Saturday home deliveries are not guaranteed.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and on a Saturday or Sunday will generally be ready for collection or delivered to your home address before 1pm on the following Tuesday.
- A fee of £4.99 will be charged for home delivery on orders below £500.
